MEET
Mr Sibusiso Blessing Dlamini LL.B (UNISWA) was born and completed his schooling in Swaziland. He completed his LLB Degree at the University of Swaziland. He served articles of clerkship with Mkwanazi Attorneys, Joined Sibusiso B. Shongwe & Associates and later after being admitted and later joined Musa M. Sibandze Attorneys for nearly eight (8) years. In October 2024 Mr. Dlamini got admitted and enrolled as a NOTARY PUBLIC in the Kingdom of Eswatini. In April 2025, Mr Sibusiso B. Dlamini resigned from Musa M. Sibandze Attorneys and established Sibusiso B. Dlamini Attorneys where he is the principal practitioner.
SIBUSISO BLESSING DLAMINI LL.B (UNISWA) joined the firm in July 2017, having been admitted to the Eswatini Bar in March 2014. He has keen interest in Civil Law litigation, drafting of Contracts and giving legal opinion on Commercial law related matters, Labour Law litigation and/or giving legal advice on Industrial relations matters in general, Criminal law Defence and advice, Company Registration (Objections amendment, drafting of Sale of Shares Agreement, share certificates, Name changes and other Company Secretarial duties), Administration of Estates and Trade Mark Agent. Training on industrial Relations and disciplinary hearing handling.
SIBUSISO BLESSING DLAMINI is a Notary Public and practices in that field and he is responsible for drafting notarial leases, drafting notarial deeds of trust, drafting antenuptial contracts and their registration, drafting notarial bonds, commissioner of oaths, authentication of documents, certification of documents, cancellation and registration of leases, and many notarial services and advice, attestation to mineral rights contracts, drafting of personal servitudes, drafting of wills drafting of notarial deeds of donation and other ancillary services.
Sibusiso B. Dlamini Attorneys was established in April 2025 after the Mr. Sibusiso Blessing Dlamini left the practice of Musa M. Sibandze Attorneys
